Answers:
The best Italian wine is Brunello di Montalcino. It's good with all the dish of quality but is very expensive, for one good bottle you can pay more than 60/70 dollars.

Any really....
As long as you enjoy drinking it...
thats the rule when adding wine to a meal...

Chianti, it is made to go with Bolingnase sauce. If you prefer a sweeter wine, Lumbrusco is very good too.

Go with shiraz. It goes with everything.

Anything that you think tastes good.

Pinot Grigio Is awesome wine

Probably the best wine that match with Spaghetti alla BOLOGNESE is LAMBRUSCO that is produced only 20 miles away from the town of Bologna.
Isn't so expensive because in Italy the average cost of a good quality bottle is around 6-7 Euro
For a better taste it has to be served at 12-12 C or 52 F in large glass. The correct alchool percentage is not elevated, usually under 10 %.

Please not Chianti wine because it's made to match with grilled meat with strong taste as veal or pork

My favorite and it is in btween maybe a bit on the high side is Lockwood Red! Fabulous with pasta!

I like Chianti with Bolognese, and I think that that is the key...if you enjoy a certain wine then it is OK to drink it.
