Yep, vodka with whatever juice you like - you can get as creative as you want - tropical, coconut, whatever you like. just be careful when you add the vodka... ^-^
A good 40% rum is also not to be despised...

vodka as a mixer, you can mix it with almost anything. Jagermeister is you just want shots.
Absolute Mandrin Vodka with Sparks or Tilt alcoholic energy drink.
You can use just about any liquor with Sparks or Tilt but flavored vodkas are the best.
Sparksbombs and Tiltbombs blow Jagerbombs out of the water.
Beer. preferrably BUDLIGHT
