Irish Car Bomb?!
Answers: I am looking for a recipee for one also what is a good whisky for it. What do they taste like?
Drop a 2 oz shotglass filled w/ 1 oz. Irish Cream and 1 oz. irish whiskey into a pint glass of Guiness stout. Chug. Personally, I think they taste like a guiness milkshake.
2 oz shotglass 3/4 full with whiskey and 1/4 full baileys dropped in a glass of Guiness. Half and half makes for a weak version. Any Irish whiskey works well, no need to use anything expensive as the Guiness covers the flavor quite well. If you have ever had a milk stout it tastes similar, creamy and delicious.
Shot glass with 1 1/2 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey and 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Creme. Drop into a half pint of Guinness Irish Stout. Chug. Delicious. They taste like chocolate milkshake.
You take a pint glass and fill it about half way (or a little more) with Guinness. Then you fill a shot glass with half Irish cream and the top half with whiskey. Pour the whiskey slow down the side of the shot glass so the irish cream is layered on bottom. Drop the shot glass in the Guinness and drink up!
They are really, really good! The bar where I was a bartender used Bailey's and Jameson's.
1/2 pint Guinness draft (can be poured from a Guinness bottle instead)
1 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey
1 oz Bailey's Irish cream
If the shot is poured correctly the Bailey's should float atop the Whiskey.
Drop the shot glass of half Jameson and half Bailey's into the Guinness and chug!!! Tastes awesome, like a milkshake, but with alcohol!
