cheap way to make s'n'sour mix is to follow this recipe...
1 part lemon juice
1 part lime cordial
1 part Gomme
1 part water
Gomme is just French for sugar syrup which most bartenders know how to make but not many know how to make to the right consistency. it's generally 2 parts sugar infused into 1 part water.
Long Is Ice Tea
1/2 part Gin
1/2 part White rum
1/2 part Tequila
1 part Vodka
1/2 part Triple sec
top up Cola
dash of Lime juice
dash of Lemon juice
5 Ice cubes
1 Lemon wedge
dash of Sugar syrup
try a cheeky vimto to make it u need a bottle of wkd blue and a bottle of port dont go mad with the port tho lol
The classics... Beam and Coke or Crown and Sprite.
For shots go for liquid cocaine. It is a real good shot that packs a punch, mix 3 equal parts in a shot glass, Jeagermister, Goldschlogger and Rumplemints, I am not sure if I spelled them right but you get the point.
Daily's makes the best mixes. I like there margrita, sweet and sour, & strawberry daquire mix. Its easy just add liquor and you are a bar-tending super star.
