I enjoy Kahlua and milk (some folks prefer cream instead of milk).

I'll bet a shot or two of a good quality chocolate syrup would be wonderful.

Edited to add: A friend gave me this recipe. She swears it tastes just like chocolate cake!

Chocolate Cake recipe
1/2 oz Frangelico? hazelnut liqueur
1/2 oz vodka
sugar coated lemon slice

Mix vodka and Frangelico. Shoot the drink, then bite the sugar coated slice of lemon.

white russians are pretty good
1.5 oz vodka
1.5 oz kahlua
milk or cream to taste

also mudslides taste like chocolate milkshakes
3/4 cup chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup real cream
1 1/2 oz Kahlua
1 oz Irish cream
1 oz Absolut vodka

Blend in blender. Serve in tall glass. Garnish with a cherry.

Grasshopper is creme de cacao and creme de menthe so it tastes minty chocolate but not overdone- it's subtle.

1 oz creme de cacao
1 oz creme de menthe
2 oz cream

If you want it frozen - make two and throw in blender with ice cubes.

Bailey's Mudslide
