Does any kno about the Guiness Stout?!
Answers: I would like to kno if this really builds blood or wat so ever
Guinness has a high iron content. Which is needed to make red blood cells. This is why some people refer to it as a blood builder, and why in Japan it is considered a drink for women during "that time of the month". So eat a steak or drink a pint of Guinness.
I don't know if it builds blood but, I do know it tastes good :)
Guiness tastes like P!ss but then again so does all beer.
It's slightly nicer than beer. Don't drink it straight from the can though, pour it out and let it settle.
No it doesn't build blood.
It's just a stout beer very bitter for the first timer no I don't think it will build blood you vampire , see the doc for sure
It won't "build" anything but a drinking problem. Its pretty tasty though. People probably make that claim because of its high calorie content. Germans call beer "liquid bread" because it contains very similar ingredients. You could probably exist on nothing but Guiness for quite some time. Might be fun to try.. though a stout first thing in the morning would be a bit of a gag.
Guinness Stout is a very dark beer (they refer to it as "oil cans") made by the Guinness brewery in Ireland. It has a higher alcohol content than most beer and the taste is quite a bit more bitter than pilsner or lager. But hey, I like it...
As for Guinness building blood, that's urban legend. Studies show drinking ANY kind of alcohol has some beneficial effects if you only have one or two drinks a day, but after that the negatives outweigh the positives.
Guinness is good, but pick the draught. Happy St Paddys!
Guiness is a stout, and although it is very dark in color, it is actually lower in calories and alcohol content than most beers (4.3 % abv, while Bud, Coors & similar are all around 5% abv). Many dark craft beers that are produced with fresh, good quality ingredients have proteins & vitamins that provide many health benefits (just as much, if not MORE than wine!). Drinking a beer or two a day can promote health by reducing chance of stroke and heart and vascular disease, increasing the amount of good cholesterol (HDL) in the bloodstream, reducing stress, etc.

Oh PS- in response to if we think girls should drink it...sure, why not? I hate stereotypes of what girls should or shouldn't drink. More girls should start exploring beer, there's a lot of great stuff out there, even beyond Guinness.
