bartending school in texas is like 600 bucks who knows in L.A it all depeds on the school and i believe some of em even have some sort of low income wavers or somethiing like that but u dont need bartending school i started out at a beer bar or ice house and just worked my way up , i think anyone with intelligence can fake their way into any bar jus by memorizing some drinks and even gettin a little expierience by helping make drinks at a party or anything that will help u get the flow( just so u can get the groove ) cuz ametuers are obvious behind a bar
so basically a little practice and some drink knowledge is all u need

I don't believe you have to go to school for that sort of thing. My cousin was a bartender for a while and he didn't go to college for that.
