and for the record..it tastes terrible! but it works.

mountain dew, meth, high fructose corn syrup, cocaine, 675 mg of caffeine.

sugar, caffeine,.....

Which drink? I have used energy drinks that have lots of stimulants, including caffeine. Guarana, ginseng, B vitamins (the energy boosters) white or green tea and various other stimulants. Some of them include sugars, not good at all. Some do not have caffeine, yet have other stimulants. It is difficult to answer if I do not know which drink you are referring to. They all are some form of stimulants and diuretics. I used to love "Diet Red" by Hanson. Can't find it, but it was good and no carbs.
White tea is an antioxident with caffiene and I believe if you drink either white or green tea, which you can make at home, it is more effective. It is an imune booster , contains, antioxidants, which help control free radicals. I feel it is better for you. Besides, The first ingrediant in all of these drinks is water. So have a good cup of tea, take a vitamin and mineral supplement, it works and you don't have to spend the cash on the can. One more thing, our bodies do not process carbonation well. We are not supposed to breakdown the gases caused by this product. So, make up some green or white tea. They supply antioxidents, it is non carbonated, fights free radicals, and you don't have to deal with the can,
