I like to mix ginger ale or sparkling water with ice,it tastes like a wine spritzer, if u like white wine, add a shot of peachtree schnapps.enjoy.
Not much that tastes great mixed with red wine. Try grape juice or Fruit Punch?. You what is REALLY good though is Chardonnay mixed with Blueberry Juice. Yum!

Sounds like a drink we have here in Spain called tinto de verano.
Half red wine, half sprite (they use Casera here but it′s similar) or fanta orange. Over ice of course.
Excellent summer drink but be careful, they go down all too easily!
If you add a little orange juice, some sugar, some triple sec and brandy you have a great sangria. Perfect for a summer day! You can add sprite as well for a spritzer.
