Well, I suppose the best would be the one with the fewer carbs. Light beers are okay if you're trying to watch the carb intake, but wine is the best. I think that you're forgetting a key factor here: you've been dieting and exercising ALL WEEK. It's okay to treat yourself. Just remember that your girly drinks are gonna be mixed with sweet stuff, which equals sugar, which equals carbs. If you're going out dancing, though, I don't think you have to musch to worry about. Whatever you do, use moderation. And have a nice nite out.

Prob a margarita.

NONE! All damage the body and the brain, including wine... God bless'em!

Sugar free beer is pretty good.

I am in the same boat! I usually order rum and diet cokes. A shot of rum is about 50-60 calories, and obviously diet coke is 0. 50-60 calories per drink is not bad at all, and you won't find any lower. Add some lime to it and it's even better tasting. Margaritas are very high, don't even consider them, corona light has like 110 calories, and light beer around the same at 100. Mixed drinks would put you about 200 depending on what it was. Juices are usually high in calories and sugar!

Light beer, red wine, or a shot of rum/amaretto/whiskey with diet coke would probably be the best choices.

Drinking too much of any alcoholic beverage will make you sick. Moderation is the key to success in your diet & exercise.

Red Wine Only is the Healthiest.**!!

High grade vodka (Grey Goose, Kettle One, Belviedere) and soda water with lemon and/or lime. The vodka has very few calories and soda water has none. There a a few carbs in the fruit but it really makes for a light and refreshing cocktail. NO booze is healthy but if youre gonna drink stick with the same thing all night. Red wine can be good for you if you are only going to have a glass or two.

Ethanol is lightly toxic. If you must, go with the mixed drink in order to enjoy something fruity.

I drink Grey Goose Vodka with Propel flavored vitamin water. That way you stay hydrated and you get your vitamin additives, plus a fine vodka mixed in with them. The best Propel flavors to mix are orange, kiwi- starwberry, mixed berry and lemonade. Be sure to stay away from the grape and black cherry.

i think light beer is healthy one for sure.
