Can you put V8 juice in a Bloody Mary? What are the other ingredients?!

Question: Yes. I prefer V8 to regular tomato juice.

Add worcestershire sauce, celery salt, a little lemon juice, horseradish if you like it, pepper and some hot sauce. Oh, and some season salt around the rim of the glass. Add a stalk of celery and a lemon. Yumm.

Now, I want a Bloody Mary.

You can Google some great Bloody Mary recipes.

Yes, you can substitute V8 Juice for tomato juice. Hot sauce and/or Worstershire Sauce also provide a nice kick.

There is no one way to make a Bloody Mary. It's a matter of personal taste.

Don't forget the celery stalk though! :-)

Sure can. Other ingredients are vodka.. some veggies.. sometimes a little bit of hot sauce to make it spicy

Absolutely, you can use V8. Recipes vary, but I personally use Tabasco sauce (two or three shakes), Worcestershire sauces (two shakes), green olive juice (approx. a table spoon), lemon juice, lime juice, salt and pepper and garnish with green olives ( and of course, Vodka!).

I think it tastes better with V-8. I add a little lemon juice and Tabasco. I garnish with celery stalk, pickle spear, olives, and a couple shrimp. Yes, I could make a meal out of it! I prefer vodkas from Poland, because they invented it and their vodkas have the best flavor and price.

use the ingredients that sound best for you... BUT the best bloodys need to sit for 24 hrs... let them infuse the spices and flavors!

I love Noelle's recipe and also prefer V8. I would also add 1/2 tsp. of horseradish to mine with the worsteshire, lemon wedge tobasco s & p and celery salt. Yummy

yes. but best with tomato juice. and you also need lemon wedge to squeeze, salt, tabasco sauce and worcestershire sauce.
