What Causes The Fuzzy Head After Drinking Alcohol?!

Question:

What Causes The Fuzzy Head After Drinking Alcohol?

What causes the fuzzy head fog after a night on the beers? I've had it all day, and it also makes me easily adjitated and grumpy. I fell asleep on the sofa earlier, I only slept for about 30 min and woke up and it was away.

Is it lack of sleep that causes it? Unlike others who could sleep allday when they have a hangover, I have real trouble sleeping and wake up early and cant get back to sleep.

Answers:
Dehydration

It could be the fact that you ingested toxins the night before, or that it's a diuretic and now you're dehydrated. Maybe did you drink something before you fell asleep?

Too much alcohol and not enough water, food. For every 4 oz of wine you should drink 8oz of water!

Cogeners cause hangovers! It's like the ashes left over from burning alcohol and cause dehydration, headaches, upset stomaches and general malaise.

What happens is that your brain swells up while drinking, something like a sponge..When you have the headache/hangover it's your brain shrinking back to its original size.
