It all depends it could be brunch or dinner or a celebration.

crushed peaches. or oysters and my other half

Sorbet...any kind but I prefer peach

Anything from steak to Chinese food to pizza. Champagne really goes with everything. Except chocolate. Ick.

i agree with chefgrille. sparkling wine actually can go with virtually anything any time of year. It is not just for celebration.

if you're mixing, just made a drink tonight, champagne, pama (pomegrante liquor) and pineapple juice. if you're eating....anything!!! from brunch to dinner to dessert, even goes great 4th meal with taco bell

don't like champagne

either orange juice or frozen strawberries- either work well in the champagne.

nothing or a little blackcurrent liquer (making Royal Kir).

if its a good champagne why bother mixing it at all but if you must then :-
b4 noon mix with fresh orange juice
b4 tea mix with either sliced apple / grapes / melon and of course strawberries
b4 8pm soda / tonic or lemonade
after that time drink undiluted

i like scallops with my champagne,or any kind off sweets.it all depends on what kind off you are having.

cocaine of course!!!!
