How Do i fix a hangover!?!

Question: Water! Lots of water.

After a night of heavy drinking you are dehydrated and need water. Foods with B vitamins will also help (toast, cereal, oatmeal, etc). A little aspirin with a glass of water should help with the headache.

Did I mention that you should drink some water?

In the future, if you have a glass of water for each alcoholic drink that you consume, you can prevent or at least minimize your hangover. At least you should drink a good glass of water before heading to bed.

Stay away from the "hair of the dog" morning cocktail or Bloody Mary. It will just prolong your agony.

the only way to stop a hangover is to not drink !!!

im sorry but it is the only way !!!

Gatoraide or Poweraide will rehydrate you. Hydration is what you really need. Also a Bloody Mary (if you can stomache it) will work well. The tomato juice will give you vitamins that will relieve some symptoms and the vodka will relieve some of the pain.

There's not much you can do but wait until the alcohol's out of your system. Don't drink so damned much.
EDIT: I don't see how adding more alcohol to her system will fix a hangover...

The best thing for a hangover is to get extra rest. Try bouillion and drink lots of water to replace what was lost during drinking. Alot of the nausea is caused by dehydration.

More alcohol - the ONLY cure I've ever found !
