There are several great websites with tons of game ideas. I personally love to play Beer Pong and Waterfall. Those games get everyone excited, and are a lot of fun (even if you are just watching).

If you want to get everyone involved, either do a power hour to get rowdy at first (shot of beer every minute for an hour). You can search online for power hour video mixes or music mixes. But then Flip cups, flips cups, flip cups. But its your 21st, hit the bar once midnight hits.

My favorite is dodge beer. I guarantee you will enjoy it. Be aware-It is a bit competitive though.
