Yes a serving size is just how much at a time you can take to stay in fit lol. its more of a limit. But trust me 3 is fine. The thing with them are they are not that strong but they stick so go ahead and try.

It depends on YOU. If it wasn't very strong with one, then take 2 at a time.
Personally, I can only handle one at a time. They're stronger than most mints on the market.
Try two and if two still isnt strong enough for you try three.
