Why not just use Bailey's Irish Cream and coffee?
And Irish Coffee is also easy to make: whiskey cream & coffee (Irish Crean has rum in it instead, I beleve, if you were dondering about what was the difference).

beer and whiskey are the traditional drinks in Ireland.
I'm not certain that I'd call it good, but an Irish Car Bomb has 3 Irish ingredients:
1/2 pint Guinness
1 oz Jamison
1/2 oz Bailey's Irish cream
Pour Guiness into a pint glass. Float Baileys on top of Jamison in shot glass. Drop shot glass, carefully, into Guiness. Drink quickly before it curdles.
Or just go with the green beer. It's the beer you like with food coloring and its festive.
It isn't irish but lime vodka and sprite(makes it green)
or blue maui and lemonade (or mello yellow or anything yellow will make green)
Otherwise irish whiskey with coke
or Irish Beer(killians,or any with green food coloring. )
Then there is always Irish cream which is usually
Baileys brand but there are cheaper brands that are just as good, such as Carolines. You can mix Irish cream with milk or ice cream or coffee.
Mt dew is greenish, or you could add green food coloring to any clear soda if people want non alcoholic or for the kids, or even green lime kool-aid.
There is also jello shots made with lime jello!
Irish whiskey is the best drink to make. The best part about it is that the Irish have already made it. All's you need do is pour it in a glass (no mixer required) & enjoy!
