Do bars/clubs sell Absinthe in or around London? I know you can buy bottles of it at off-licenses, Tescos?!

Question: ,etc. - but was wondering if any run of-the-mill bar/pub sells it...or do you have to go somewhere special e.g. a club, lounge?

Its been a fashionable drink in clubs. I've not seen it in any of the supermarkets; I guess some pubs in London may stock it, but I guess it all comes down to demand. It's expensive retail, so in a pub/bar would be quite pricey which is probably why its not so common outside of places frequented by those with money to burn.

There is no reason any licensed premise wouldn't sell it, it is just up to that property. If you want your local pub to stock it, just ask the landlord.

I've had success with my local in stocking my favourite malt Scotch.

Ifyou just wantto taste some, toddle along to Vinopolis on the South Bank near London Bridge station; they have an absinthe tasting bar inside the attraction.

None that i know of, sorry

Some clubs sell it I know over here the Yates sell it, pubs tend not too though.

The Tesco stuff is only 45% I believe? ... I think the best places are the likes of Spain where it's cheaper to buy some bottles.

I saw it for sale in the liquor stores in Canada.it was quite pricy
