guinness is coffee coloured, dark brownish. Best beer in the world! In my humble opinion!
Stout is still a beer, look it up on wikipedia, it says-Stout and porter are dark beers" BEERS, key word!!
It's actually dark brown, but because of the way light hits the glass it appears to be black.
And yes, it IS the greatest drink in the world, but it's a stout, not a beer :)
Obviously it doesn't need to be said again what color it is (dark brown, almost black) but bez, a stout is a type of beer, not a different drink altogether. Same as porter, lager, wheat, etc.
Guinness is a dark brown beer, with a black tint to it. very tasty but has an aquired taste. not everyone can handle it
