I'm not keen on light beer. It's too thin for my taste. As it was, I cut my teeth on regular Bud.
My two favorites are either Guinness or Warsteiner. The darker and bolder the better. Although, domestically, Budweiser's Amber Bock suffices. Sam Adams makes some good ones, too.
OOH! I didn't think of Killian's until I read the post above mine. I guess since I'm drinking because of my pregnancy, I don't think of these things.

Natural Light...it's nasty as hell, but it's the first beer I had in college at a frat and it's pretty cheap too. Acquired taste i guess =)

well, here in Mexico we have a lot of brands and tastes so it's hard for me to pick one, but I think "Modelo Especial" is THE beer. You should try it ;)
Berliner on draught for beer, but Smithwicks from a can for ale.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Corona. At first I would not drink it and my fave was Bud Light. My husband wasn't even allowed to kiss me when he drank Corona cause the smell is AWFUL..skunky... but I tasted it and it is GREAT!

Negra Modelo its a dark beer but its not heavy like most dark beers

Budweiser. It is consistent. There are no watered down or skunky Buds that you may get with the green bottle beers. It is the best beer for the price.
