Vodka and grapefruit juice is a Greyhound and very yummy!

rum and coke (a splash of pineapple juice makes this even better)

You didn't say you have amaretto, but it's really good mixed with 7 UP or Sprite.

My Favorite - 007 - Equal parts Vodka (preferably orange flavored), Orange Juice and 7up.
Asian Pear Mohito- 2 lemon wedges, 2 lime wedges and 3-4 mint leaves. Mash them up together in a large(16oz) glass. Fill the glass with ice. Fill glass 2/3 with rum. Top off with equal parts of 7up and pineapple juice. Mix it well.
