What do I drink with what?!

Question:

What do I drink with what?

I have always heard that wines taste better depending on what types of food that you serve with it. I try looking online for suggestions, but I couldn't find anything. Can anyone give me some suggestions?

Answers:
ok, sure.

generally cabernet and other red wines are served with red meat like steak, pork etc.

white wine and even blush wines are served with white meat like chicken, fish, etc.

I hope this helps

i love red wine with steak and all things bbq. especially zinfandel, shiraz/syrah and cab sauv.

pinot noir is great with the all american thanksgiving turkey dinner.

chianti, sangiovese go wonderfully with italian red pasta dishes.

that's all I can think of right now.

Keep this in mind though, it doesn't really matter to be quite honest with you. There are all the traditional rules of white with white and red with red etc. But it boils down to what you think goes well. One type of food that is very hard to pair wine with is asian cuisine. I usually have beer with that. There is just too much sweet, sour, hot stuff happening and nothing really goes with it.

DRINK TO ENJOY. TRY OUT NEW COCKTAILS .
FOR WHO ARE YOU WAITING FOR.

drink anything and eat anything it your wish

Havarti cheese, and sliced apples. Don't know why, but each flavor brings out the best in the next flavor. I don't think that the type of cheese, or fruit affects the result all that much, as long as it is not a cheese spread.

Personnaly i like Wine, but i always recommend you drink what you like, it goes well with what you eat !!!!!!!!!

....

These are easy, at least to me.

At Christmas, a lot of wine drinkers like
to have cheese balls around(you can get
year-round, usually).

Some very good crackers, like Stoned Wheat.
These are very good with Swiss, or Cheddar,
sliced thin.

These all go great with red table wines, not
so sure about white.

..,,

lobster with any kind of wine is the best!
make sure you are not allergy on the wine you will select.
