Answers:
get a designated driver mate

No drinking & driving DUH!

don't do it...u can only have one drink and then like 1000000000 pints of water

If you are the designated driver, you shouldn't drink at all. The Adios drink is a strong drink. It is considered two drinks because of the content of alcohol.

If you drink the Adios, you are going to have to wait a few hours to sober up. Let your body consume the alcohol. Once you are sober, you may drive.

Look at the this BAC Calculator to get an estimate of how long you have to wait to sober up.

I strongly suggest not to drink at all if you are the designated driver. Try the Adios some other day when you are not the driver.

I think you are fine as long as you are not a binge drinker...

I PERSONALLY DON'T SEE THE BIG DEAL ABOUT THOSE DRINKS. THEY HAVE A LOT IN THEM, BUT DEPENDING ON YOUR TOLERANCE, THEY MAY NOT DO A THING FOR YOU.
BUT IF YOUR DRIVING, IT SHOULDN'T WHAT DRINK YOU CHOOSE TO DRINK, JUST KNOW WHEN TO STOP.
IF YOU ARE GONNA BE THERE FOR A FEW HOURS DRINK IT RIGHT AWAY SO THAT YOU WILL HAVE TIME TO GET OVER IT.

No amount of water will reduce your BAC, it will flush out your electrolytes and could cause a problem of it's own, yes you can drink too much water and it can kill you.

Coffee will not make you sober, it will make you a wide-awake drunk (if you have drunk that much).

Try one when you are not the designated driver. As a general rule males can have 2 standard drinks in the first hour and then 1 standard drink per hour and you would be below 0.08 BAC. Females have a lower capacity as a general rule and can only have 1 drink per hour max to stay under the 0.08 BAC.

The challenge is to make sure that what you are drinking is a standard drink and that one of your friends doesn't "spike" your drink for a laugh. If you have only been drinking soft drinks you will notice a "spiked" drink instantly.

Safety first, designated drivers don't drink alcoholic beverages at all.
