What kind of beer is this?!

Question:

What kind of beer is this?

My sis-in-law gave me a beer in a tall yellow or orange can. When she pulled the top, she poured it into the glass really quickly, because there was something weird about the carbonation - it reacted to air or something. When she poured it in the glass, it looked like the whole glass was full of foam, then it settled to a guinness-type creamy head, only the beer was light-colored. The taste was smooth, and I really liked it...I just can't remember what it was called!

Answers:
Probably Boddingtons. Nitro-can makes a nice cascade effect that settles into a finger thick creamy head when it settles down. A bit sweet for me, but a nice enough beer. Here is a link, maybe the picture will jog your memory?

sounds like boddington

Is it this? http://www.riverviewendo.com.au/beer/bod...

don't worry about the carbonation part it is just the riles of presser

I agree with the riot girl!

Sounds like Boddington's Pub Ale to me. And it sounds good too.

It IS Boddington's. A great brew. The thing with the can is called a widget. It creates an on tap like taste when the beer is poured and it won't foam over when poured straight into a glass. ENJOY!

boddington's pub ale. it has a little charge of nitrogen in it, like guinness.
