I have been on this baked bean, beer diet. no weight loss yet. should i go to a lite beer?!


Question: i was thinking about going to a miller lite beer instead fo the heinken. my friend loss weight on this diet. he claim he lost 2 lbs in 5 weeks. i hope this is the right area to place this question. i will start lifting dumbells next week.

Wow, that sounds "yukky", Dear, Id have to say that there are "different more less, "torture ways" to lose weight..Just watch your portions...You can still enjoy Caribou bars, Pizza, Pastas, Icecream , Cookies, Pancakes, Waffles, Mexican Food, Your Beer, and baked beans...lol, Just add "more salads to them, and get alot of excercise, it doesnt have to be 'To Kill YOu' Exercise , either..Just Walk more..and some lifting..YOull be fine, and healthy..w/o the "beer/bean diet"...lol
also to "Quicken it", I suggest that you also try Hydroxycut..That stuff Rules..when it comes to helping w/ weight loss..I totally suggest that to you..Take it accordingly..to what the "Directions tell you to", And also take your "daily multi Vitamin" It will help aid in keeping your body healthy also, and drinking lots of water w/ that beer will also help...Youll find that youll be healthy and lose the weight that you desire..., And Still "Feast on What you really Enjoy...TC/ God Bless you, lol, <KLYHugzUxxx>always....;)

sounds like your friend is messing with you. i can only imagine the gas you have ha ha. and losing 2 lbs in 5 weeks is not what i consider losing weight. just start exercising and eat balanced meals just don't overload your plate

Dude you your friend HAS to be messing with you and 2 pounds in 5 weeks is nothing i lose 2 pounds in a week if im working alot that week. What i suggest you do is work out and eat a diet to boost your metabolism. Eat one big meal a day (proportioned properly), and snack on protein bars and things like that during the day. for breakfst eat something with cinnamon like cinnamon raisin bread, with an apple and some oj. for lunch a salad with olive oil and garlic powder for lunch with water and a turkey sandwich (no condiments). that should speed up your metabolism. and pairing that with working out (lift weights, stretch, and run a bit) should have you in shape by summer.

That's funny. Maybe you should give up the Sam's size cans of beans and a suitcase of beer. Portion control is key.
