Does alcahol content change in common beers state to state?

as in uhta,does the state regulate the percentage of alcohol content in the beer.eg oklahoma.it is hard for me to figure how i can drink 4 beers in new york city and be saticfied and drink 12 in oklahoma and not feel a thing.

yes.It depends on how and where it is sold.For instance in Oklahoma common domestic beer is 3.2%.Because it can be purchased in convenient stores.But in Arkansas it is 5.0%But can only be purchased in liqueur stores...

you will prolly be drunker in oklahoma that nyc becausee elevation your prolly drinking non alcholic beers in ok but 12 beers youd be loaded that high and no it dont chhange
