Has anyone ever got a blood test for alcohol and drank 1 week before and passed it?!

Question: im looking for people that have been on probation because they would know

Answers: im looking for people that have been on probation because they would know

the above is on the right track -
your liver processes 1oz of liquor per hour (this is equal to one beer, 1oz of alcohol<1 shot> or a 4-6oz glass of wine)
the reason people get drunk is consuming more than one oz per hour.
If you're on probation it is more likely that you will pee in a cup than have blood drawn.
There's also this stuff called 'clear away' or everclear(not the alcohol) that- when taken 24hrs before will clear your system of just about anything!

NOPE

Alcohol passes out of your system very quickly. If you haven't had anything to drink for one week, it will not be detectable in a blood test.
I know this because I work in a medical laboratory. We do blood alcohol tests.

When you drink alcohol, it enters into your bloodstream. It is metabolized at a certain rate. On average, one drink per hour. (one 12oz. beer, 1 1/2 oz shot, 4 oz., I think, glass of wine). It's not pot. It does not stay in your system for weeks. If you drink on Friday, it will NOT show up in a blood test on Monday.
Whatever your reason for being on probation (I'm assuming by your question, you are), I will give you this advice. It's a game. We all know this. But you have to play the game to get your life back. Just go with it. It sucks. But, unfortunately, your life is in their hands. Just do what you have to do, and get your s@&t back together..
And once you do, don't screw up again. In case you haven't figured it out, I've been there.
Learn from your mistakes.

No I don't think thats possible
