Why all the answers against alchohol?!
Why all the answers against alchohol?
I keep looking at questions about specific problems, like having trouble getting corks out of wine bottles, and I see unrelated answers like get a soda. If your against drinking alchohol why do you even look through the alchohol related questions and why use their questions as your own little soap box to preach against drinking?

People really have nothing better to do. Maybe they were brainwashed by mommy, daddy, or reverend not to drink. Maybe they were alcoholics and would rather not see others drink...perhaps (most likely) they're just smartasses?
Either way, I'm grabbing a Newcastle out of the fridge, a Camel out of the pack, and I'm going to enjoy both...A lot. And while everyone's entitled to their opinions, I'm a grown boy now, and I have to live with enough rules, regulations, and preaching as it is...

first off they are probably alcoholics like me that don't want to see the younger generation turn out like us but i don't preach against it because we will all learn in our own time that we are killing our self

Well let's see. How about guys who've spent 38 years cleaning up brains of people splattered on highways who were either a drunk driver killed or killed by a drunk driver. Or that person, that policeman who has to go file a report about finding that 2 year old with his or her brains splattered on the wall where daddy got DRUNK and was mad because his ball game wasn't on and took it out on the kid. Is that simple enough reason as to why we do it . ??? !!!

They probably have some hang-up about drinking and have nothing better to do than to live vicariously through people who drink. Maybe they have nothing better to do than to try to push their opinions on others who didn't ask for it and that's the only forum they have left.

I AM GONNA GUESS BECAUSE THEY BELIEVE THAT THEIR PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT DRINK ALCOHOL IRRESPONSIBLY. SOME PEOPLE KNOW THEIR LIMITS AND JUST DON'T CARE SO THEY CONTINUE TO PUSH THEM.
I GUESS SOME PEOPLE FEEL THAT IF YOU NEED TO HAVE ALCOHOL TO HAVE FUN, HOW MATURE ARE YOU?
I DON'T DRINK AS MUCH AS I USED TO, BUT I CAN TELL YOU THE NIGHTS THAT ARE A BLUR WERE ALWAYS GOOD TIMES. SO CHEERS!
