I find that they don't taste right so I always bin them!
I think the chemicals used in modern canned drinks start to react differently & so affect the taste after a set period hence the use by date!
Your comment regarding wine is untrue, some wines have a long storage life which can also improve the taste but not all!
Some start to go off after only a few months storage so it's best to do a web search for storage info on any wine you intend to store!
Hope this helps...

"hic"

no way does it

no sometimes it goes funny even for the date lol eww

I don't think it would go off and be harmful. I suggest you try it and if it tastes good it's fine.

Some beers are deliberately allowed to sour for their taste so I don't think they become dangerous.

I reckon you can drink those; canned beer may eventually get to taste nasty. But then you wouldn't drink it...would you?

It does go off ,I'm afraid it won't taste very nice at all. What a waste sob sob

Most mass-produced canned beer will have a freshness date printed on it. The beer should be fine to drink within a few months after that date. After more than a few months, the flavor of the beer will start to dissipate it and will not taste very good. Drinking it will not get you sick, but it might taste bad enough to be undrinkable.

not sure if it will be drinkable but canned goods do last for long time.only way to find out would be to open them to see or if you think they won`t be any good throw them out.

Yes definitely. Its the enzymes within the beer/lager.
