What do i mix with Brandy?
i found a bottle of brandy in the cupboard and wonder what would taste better than straight

Heres a couple brandy drinks that i make a lot of at work
Brandy Alexander:
1 shot brandy
1 shot white creme' de cocao
2oz sweet cream
blend with a handful of ice
Stinger: 6oz glass with ice
1 shot brandy
3/4 shot peppermint schnapps
car bomb: 12oz glass with ice
1 shot brandy
1/2 shot ameretto
fill the rest with one half sprite and one half cranberry juice
Side car: 8 oz glass with ice
1 shot brandy
1 shot triple sec
1 oz lemon juice

ive been bartending for 7 years and these are the most common brandy drinks we sell, i hope this helps
I usaully have it neat. You could try different ideas such as putting it in a freezer for 6 hours. It will thicken but not freeze and is pretty interesting.
