Why do my CIGARS taste BITTER?!


Question: ok i have tried plenty for a while nowrocky patel, romeo y julieta, cohiba ect.. and they all taste very bitter and cardboard like... why? what is a nice coconut or evet chocolaty cigar? and am i lighting it right? please help me. i am wondering if i can try a full bodied dark glossy cigar to get that rich taste and or flavors....

if you smoke a cigar too fast, either the inhaled smoke gets too hot or the water that is released by combustion will condense in the cigar and reach your mouth, extracting bitter flavors from the tobacco. the secret to cigars is relaxed smoking. if a romeo and julieta cigar does taste like cardboard chances are good that they are not stored properly and have dried out. flavored cigars... well if you like them please go ahead, but i find them horrible. for the rest: dark glossy cigars probably have non-tobacco additives and therefore bot advisable. if you buy cigars, allways look for the sign: "100% tobacco", otherwise the producers can adulterate the product whith whatever they like.

Yes ,l agree, chocolate Flavor would be nice.

hey man.. this is a bad luck sign... it means that you must not smoke.. my friend had dis sign.. his cigars allways tasted awfull.. and now he is a no-smoker guy :)).
