40%+ so whiskey, good bourbons maybe, brandy, strong rums and anything stronger
p.s. red (post below) is mistaken.. Jagermeister for example will not ignite and its 35% alc.. beer certainly won't, neither will wine etc.

all liquor does...since they all have alcohol in it, but im sure the more alcohol , the more flamable it will get?....151 has alot of %i know

Above 100 proof, about 50% alcohol...will light with a lighter.

bacardi 151 is pretty flammable, they have a warning label on the bottle. for even more flammability, try everclear (the 190 proof version, illegal in some states).

the liquor is called 151.
if u want to make a good drink
u need a small bottle of 151
a bottle amaretto liqueur
and ur fav beer
u fill a shot glass with amaretto liqueur
then a splash of 151 or like table spoon on top or amaretto (151 is the fuel to light the drink)
then u fill a red party cup or a glass about half way with beer
then u light the shot glass with a lighter or better a lighter that u light with a grill
now ur shot of amaretto and the 151 on top is on fire
now u take the shot glass and u drop the shot glass in the cup or glass of half full beer
then u down the the drink
make sure that the flame goes out b 4 u down it
this is call flaming doctor pepper

If you;re thinking of the cherries jubilee kind of thing, brandy.

Actually any alcohol can burn HOWEVER it needs to be over about 40% to be done easily.

For alcohol with lower percentages it must first be heated in order to produce the alcohol vapours which are what actuially burn. For alcohol over 40% simply place in a shot glass and put a lighter to it and off you go.

The easiest way to light any alcohol is to put into a glass then use a teaspoon. Place a small amount in the teaspoon and hold a lighter underneath. After a short period move the lighter so the flame is in direct contact with the alcohol and it should catch. Next pour this flaming alcohol from the teaspoon into the rest of the alcohol and it should now all be burning well.

The next trick to do is to try this in a wine glass or brandy balloon. Once the alcohol is on fire put the glass on a 45 degree angle and by using the base slowly spin the glass. This will allow the flame to come in contact with more new alcohol and increase vapours producing a much better flame.

Alcohol also burns at a very low temperature so it is possible to dip your finger in the burning alcohol and use this as a party trick to light someones cigarette using your flaming finger. However this is not something I recommend as I have also seen people get some bad injuries from trying to flame alcohol without much experience.

In short, all alcohol can burn, however the higher the percentage the easier it is. The best bet is absinthe or Chartreuse.
