A White wine spritzer is supposed to be pretty harmless, but I prefer a Absolut Citron and Soda w/ lemon. No sugar, no hangover.
Stay away from the low cal mixes, they are awful. Instead pick up diet coke and light cranberry juice.
Some of my favorite low cal drinks are jack and diet coke, vodka and fresca, and light cranberry juice vodka and a splash of rose's lime juice. If you are craving beer, get any of the light beers, my fiance loves miller light. Honestly if I am going to drink beer though, i like the real thing.
