Crack her open. Seriously. Alcohol content may have decreased and it may be beyond its peak, it also not taste the best. However, It is potable.
Check the vintner on the web.
I remember that ?? someone would use a hypodermic needle to extract a sample...??

If the bottle was properly stored (on its side), it might not be spoiled. The only way to know is to try it. The nose knows!
