How long do liqueurs last?
I know that 80 proof liquors will basically last forever, but how long does something like a 30 or 40 proof bottle of schnapps or triple sec or etc last? Assume the bottle has been opened, but sealed and stored in a controlled temperature.

Actually if you are not going to have any evaporation of it and your lid is really tight fitting it could probably last for several years at least.

I think some types of liquor can last indefinitely. I heard of bottle liquor from the 1800' s being offered for sale , or up for auction.
