What scotch would you recommend given what I like?!

Question: I particularly like the Balvenie, which is a solid single malt speyside that is rich and creamy relative to other scotches. I really don't like thin scotches nor most blended whiskies unless they manage to be similar in character and texture to single malts.

Hey there,

you should try JW Green Lable, one of my favorite single malt. you can taste a smoky oak flavor, runs down very smooth, not thin like Chivas.

I can suggest only two single malts that may relate Glenmorangie or Cardhu...

Try Irish whiskey instead. It's smoother and mellower.
After all, we Irish invented whiskey.
Try Powers or Paddy.
