How to not be a lightweight at drinking alcohol?!


Question: i want my body to take it a lot of alcohol without getting drunk so quick cos i do the stupidest things..

is there any one that was like me but are not lightweights anymoe?

your digestive system can only process a certain quantity of alcohol at a certain speed, but you can build a tolerance, by gradual and regular consumption, ie. small amounts most days of the week, (rather than binge large amounts occasionally).

one trick is to line your digestive system with oily/greasy foods before drinking to minimise absorbed alcohol, more of it will pass straight through, without ending up in your blood stream;
and always make sure you eat before, and during your drinking sessions -- starchy foods like bread absorb the liquid.
you can also try over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that work in a similar way.

note that mixing your drinks is a bad idea -- stick to either wine / beer / spirits, if you want to avoid feeling like crap the next day. also, sparkling wine is metabolised more quickly than regular wine.

the more you drink the more your body will get use to it and the more you will need to get drunk, simple.

BUT.... the more you drink the more your liver is taking a pounding, excessive drinking can cause a lot of problem.

my advise, be a lightweight, its cheap :-D or.. if you dont want to get pissed because you make a fool of yourself, stop drinking or know when to stop, dont fall to peer pressure from others to drink, be your own person

Start drinking in the morning, make sure you always have a bottle of vodka handy, and add it to everything you consume.
After about a year, you'll still be a lightweight, but you won't care cause your a drunk

simple , dont drink fast and dont mix different types of alc. so if u start with vodka tonic for example just keep the same thing untill the end and try your best to have a glass of water next to it even if u dont feel like water just keep drinking more water than alc.
anyway you are lucky to be a lightweight drinker. dont be ashamed and live long.

Eat a little before you drink.

Come on England this is really ridiculous for you to try,you could really get hurt don't be embarrassed for being a lightweight be proud of who you are and drink a lot of water any time you drink and please be careful
