What are some good blueberry alcohol drinks? Give different answers.?!
2 small spoons of Blueberry jam
2 oz white rum (try NOT to use Bacardi. It's crap)
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz eggwhite (if you want - it just gives a nicer texture..)
Shake and fine strain into a martini glass.
GORGEOUS!
Otherwise, you can always play around. If you wanna get the blueberry taste and keep it sweet, a good quality jam is always good.
Just remember the basics of a cocktail - it has to have something sweet, sour, bitter and neutral. Ice is always the neutral cause it dilutes the drink. Bitter doesn't have to be in it - that's more for the old school drinks..
Blueberry just works really well with a nice rum, but try a lemon infused vodka as well.. I tried to make a Blueberry cosmo once, and all I did was add blueberry jam to it...

Stoli Blueberry and soda with a lemon wedge
A friend of mine likes to drink Stoli Blueberry vodka and 7up. A little sweet for my taste, but he really likes them.
1 oz Vodka, 2 oz Blueberry Cocktail, 2 oz orange juice. Pour Vodka over ice. Add Blueberry Cocktail, then add orange juice...be careful! It's powerful stuff!
