Sometimes, especially if it is early in the morning, I have just eaten or am feeling queasy already. I work in a busy part of town and when I start early on a sat or sun morning there is always puke on the pavement. What makes me really gag is the pigeons flapping around in it and eating it! If they fly towards me after that, I freak out! One of my greatest irrational fears is being puked on on the bus/in the classroom/ cinema from behind. I have nightmares!
