If we book a private function at a pub in the UK, can young kids attend (not drinking of course)?!

Question: Yes. You've booked the room for a party for friends & family. So, it's yours for the duration. Families have kids, so that's fine so long as no alcohol passes youngsters' lips.
You've booked a 'family' room so it's yours to do with what you want. You & the landlord both know the law & neither of you expect to see under-18s drinking alcohol.
Should be a breeze. Have fun!

Yes i think they can, i guess it depends on the pub. You'd be best to phone them and ask

Yes you have booked so it`s a private party

Yes

why not if it is accompany by an adult ofcourse and you said its a private function.

You can in Scotland, but English law may be different. There is no such thing as UK law.

yes they can as long as they are not running wild

It depends on the venue and the venues manager.

Some places just dont let under 18's in period, some will let over 14's others will allow any age.

Best to check with the manager of the venue.

The place I've booked for my wedding reception will allow kids in up to about 10.30 pm, but there after they must be taken home.

Hope this helps.

It depends to an extent on the pub, but when it is a private function then kids are almost always OK. But you must ensure that they don't have alcoholic drinks, and, of course that they behave themselves.

Have a good time (and make sure that you have booked a disco (if that's part of the deal) who can cater for everyone - not all do, or are prepared to!

Yes they can! ( As long as they are kept of the booze)!

Yeah it depends if the pub has insurance for kids. Where i am in Scotland some pubs do some don't.
In some pubs though they want kids out for a specific time. Just have a phone around and see your choices.
