What are some alcohols that can be mixed with practactly anything?!

However, i warn you with Vodka, do NOT i repeat DO NOT mix it with red bull or any form of "energizer" drinks, the results have at times been Extremely dangerous to your health.

Everclear or any grain alcohol, which is does not have any taste of its own.
For the second part of your question i would say Tia Maria. Excellent in coffee along or with a bit of cream

Rum can pretty much be mixed with anything.
If you are only choosing one bottle of liquor, definitely stick with vodka. Here's a list of cocktails you can make using only vodka...and a link to the drinks as well. In terms of coffee liqueur, generally you'll need more than one spirit to mix with coffee liqueur because it's not very strong, however I've found a couple of drinks only using coffee liqueur:

Everclear mixes with just about anything too, but that stuff is waaaayyy more potent than vodka.
Light Rum (i.e. Bacardi Superior) mixes well with all colas and most juices. Coconut Rum mixes well with all juices, and some colas.
Vodka is the most mixable liquor by definition.
Coffee Liquor recipes:
French Vanilla White Russian:
1 1/2 oz. French Vanilla Kahlua
1 1/2 oz. Vanilla Vodka
Fill rest of glass with French Vanilla Creamer or Half & Half
mmmmmm.... so good.
You can mix Coffee and just regular Kahlua together too. A 3/4 mug of coffee, and throw in a shot of Kahlua is damn good.
Or you can take a 3/4 mug of coffee and throw in a shot or two of Triple Sec, Cointreau, or Grand Marnier....(orange liqueurs).
I like this recipe for Kahlua too:
Kahlua Cookie:
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
3 chocolate cookies
1 1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 dash vanilla extract
1 oz half-and-half
1/2 cup crushed ice
