How do you make Margarita?!

Question:

How do you make Margarita?

for a 12oz glasses with crashed ice, how much mix and alcohol needed?

Answers:
The Margarita has suffered terribly in modern times. In an effort to make it hip, quick, trendy, and cheap it has been bastardized far worse then any cocktail before it. Whether it is the use of inferior (or just plain wrong) ingredients, or commercially made mixes, the common Margarita these days tastes more like a Limeade with a splash of orange juice then it does the delectable cocktail that it once was.

The best Margarita (imo) is a ratio of 3:2:1

Three parts Tequila, 2 parts Cointreau, and 1 part freshly squeezed lime juice.

You would probably need a large conainer of mix of choice and a fifth of tequila. It really depends on how drunk you want to get. But the best way is too put a medium amount in it so your drink actually tastes good.

Use the 3.2.1 rule 3 parts tequilla, 2 parts triple sec, and one part lime juice.
Ex.) 2 ounces of tequilla, 11/3 triple sec, and 2/3 lime juice.
Whether you use crushed ice and a blender or just a Shaker and cracked ice is all a matter of preference.
Hey and when you get good at these try Watermelon, Mango, or Peach margaritas.

are you making a pitcher or just drink by drink... if drink by drink.... for 12 oz glass... 6(oz) parts tequila, 4(oz) parts sweet and sour (or lime juice), and 2(oz) part triple sec.. that is assuming you like them strong.. you can put less tequila to make a weaker drink.
