Martini rosso Martini bianco???!

Question:

Martini rosso Martini bianco???

What is the difference between Martini bianco and Martini Rosso

Answers:
Those are vermouths, The Martini Rosso is sweet vermouth, and the Martini bianco is dry vermouth. Typically martinnis are made with dry vermouth however some people do prefer sweet vermouth martinnis. Other drinks that use vermouth include Rob Roy (scotch and vermouth), and Manhattens (whiskey and vermouth). Both the Rob Roy and Manhattens typically use sweet vermouth. If you use Southern Comfort (whiskey) however use dry vermouth

In 7 years i have never served a vermouth on the rocks as someone else suggested...it just tastes bad straight, but it mixes very well

Isn't bianco white and Rosso red?

I don't know.

Both are vermouth, but the bianco is white and the rosso red. Traditionally, the white is used in martinis. Both can be served just on the rocks if you don't want to mix it with anything.

Bianco is the meaning of white in Itlian and Rosso means red in Italian so its Red Maritini and White Martini

Bianco is white vermouth, for martinis, and rosso is red vermouth for Manhattans.
