its either a scotch or a whskey in a glass bottle that is square shaped. its basicaly just a glass cube full of the whiskey and the top i think is a glass nob that you just twist off. but i dont see a label on it anywhere on the bottle.

That sounds like a crystal or glass decanter - it is a decorative bottle that you can place any liquid in that you want. You buy them seperately from your liquor, usually as a set with some matching glasses.
jack daniels, if the label is black or green
it is a decanter that is used by people who don't want the lable of their whiskey to be seen.
take a sip.
scotch
it depends on what scotch or whisky. scotch and whiskey bottles can be square with a nob on top.
Flat ginger ale they don't use real alcohol on TV.
If there is no label then what you are seeing is a whisky carafe. You can purchase drink sets that include the carafe along with fancy glasses. You fill the carafe with the whisky of your choice. Typically you will find people fill it with a nice single-malt scotch or an extremely smooth sipping type burbon like Crown Royal.
The "bottle" you are seeing is called a Decanter and its a sort of ornamental serving device for wisky (or port) that can also be put on display. They are often made of crystal and are given as wedding or engagement gifts. The Stopper is a glass nob that is pulled of prior to serving the whisky. Whisky decanters tend to be square in shape whereas port decanters tend to be sort of pear shaped. Both are simply for storing these drinks while on display.
