Dr. Pepper has prune flavins in it.
I know it has caramel color in it, which isn't that good for you.
The carbonation in there can cause cellulite if you have these a lot.
Water is in there.
Some flavorings and artificial sweetener. Probably preservatives.
i used to work for coca cola, who distributes dr. pepper products, and like the recipe for coca cola, they won't tell you what the 23 flavors are that they put in dr pepper. sorry.
