Advice needed for a non drinker! Re: hang over help?!

Question: im 23- I do not drink. Its just a personal choice for me. I have never liked it.

Last night, my husband and I had no children and decided to take a taxi and go out to have a nice night together. Well, I ended up getting drunk... really drunk. My head was glued to the toliet last night because I cant hold my liquor.

Today I had to work so I am at work and cannot seem to feel better. I dont have a headache or anything but my tummy cant take certain foods and I feel like im going to get sick. I tried to eat a yogurt!. I feel very tired and light headed. Mostly, I cant function! My brain just cant process new information.

HELP! how can I get better so I survive this work day!???
I drank like 7 southern comforts/coke

Seriously, im NEVER drinking again! quote me on that!

Drink plenty of water. I find that usually some potatoes or bread the next day helps too. And usually something just a little bit greasy seems to help me too. Just take it easy, if you can, and get something into your stomach.

Advil for the headache and wonton soup for the tummy!!

You're not used to metabolizing alcohol. When you drink the chromosomes in your head get scrambled and need to regroup.A bloody mary after a night of drinking is the usual hangover beverage.

Get some like chicken soup or something. Probably just need to settle your stomach down a little.
