Can I drink Alcohol with Tyleno?!

It is not a good idea to mix alcohol with Tylenol. That CAN cause kidney damage. Not a good thing to have. Call your (any) pharmacist and ask how long it takes the Tylenol to clear your system.

I don't think that would be a good idea. Better safe than sorry and dead.

I personally don't but I know lots of people who do w/o any problems. It is better to be safe than sorry though as on the Tylenol bottle it has the warning about if you drink more than 3 alcoholic drinks a day ask your doctor before you take Tylenol. It has something to do with liver toxicity.
Like someone else said, the best thing to do would be to call a pharmacist and ask.

Yes, as long as you only take the reccommended dose (no more than 1000mg). It is actually about the only pain reliever you can take with alcohol, as ibuprofen, asprin and naproxen can all cause stomach bleeding.

you will not die instantly but you will mess up your liver!! liver regulates drug and alcohol metabolism..
