Where can I get absinthe refined.?
Regular absenthe is of course illegal in the US, but they sell refined so its legal.

You can find it in any larger liquor store that carries a good variety of uncommon items...it will be in the section where they have Chartreuse, Pernod, etc.
It's not really Absinthe, nor even derived from Absinthe...it's not made with absinthe wormwood (artemesia absinthium). Instead, it's made with "small worrmwood" (artemesia pontica). Neither herb is illegal, though...only spirits made with a. absinthium are...go figure.
Go to a local indian reservation. The ones in my area don't have the same restrictions on things that regular retail places do.
Buy the real stuff online! I do. sometimes customs grab it (2 out of 15 times). sometimes they don't. If they do you get an empty box with customs tape on it!
