Homebrew/beer?!

Question: If I only use 4lbs pressure (instead of 20 lbs) will I just have to let the keg sit longer to carbonate...or will this not work?
I only have a "tee" fitting and with two kegs running on one CO2 tank...I'd like to enjoy one while the other is carbonating. ANYONE?
I KNOW...spend the bucks and buy an additional regulator...and do it right.....geez!
HELP me here Mayor!

For the keg thats carbonating, just fill it to around 15-20psi, and then just disconnect it from the CO2 tank. Then serve your other one however you want. Every couple days, just hook it back up and repressurize it since it will drop after a while as the beer absorbs the CO2.

Also, no need for a second regulator if you're just running two kegs. Just get a T fitting that has the shut-off valves on it, so you can close one off, while running the other one. Works great for me.
