Question:

I get drunk about 4 times a month is that to much drinking ?

Answers:
nope, but keep it to 4 times or it will be come a problem

yes

duhhh. that's like every week.

No.

No. Once a week is okay. But if you are disturbed about it, well?!!

Then quit!!!

Not really, however, 4 times a week should make you very worried.

No...what is the problem...you afraid of the bar?...come on now, belly up and tip glasses with me and sing old irish tunes....

Yes.
Getting drunk means you have had too much.

drinking isn`t an issue - too much is.

Why do you get drunk anyway?
Losing control, doing weird things without remembering - i fail to see the fun in that

no i know people that get drunk every day i know people that cun people to get a drink i know people who do what ever it takes to get a drink. if it ain't to that point then its ok but be careful not to drink to much and mess your liver up

Depends on how many times you drink. If you drink every day (I wouldn't suggest this), then it's fine. If you drink four times in a month, then that means that your body can't process that much alcohol at one time. If you don't drink at all or drink less than 4 times a month and you still get drunk 4 times in a month, then that is a problem.

But whatever the case, try to limit your alcohol. I'm not telling you to stop, because as an adult you have the right to consume alcohol. Just try to do your body a favor and limit consumption.

Getting drunk even once a month is too much! why, in the name of all the little green gods do you set out to get drunk? Go out, drink and enjoy ,in moderation. You`ll have more fun and feel better the next day than if you had got "blotto"

It could be a problem or the start of problems, or it could just be a past time for you.

Its ok to have a drink every once in a while, and could even be good for your heart, but if you black out or even pass out then you may want t ease up a bit. Memory loss and lack of air to the brain arnt very good things. So just be carefull there are to many people these days doing stupid things while drunk. So just please be carefull.

That's what we call a "weekly binge"... and yes, it's too much.
Over use of drugs and alcohol wreaks havoc on the liver and gut lining and you'll start to pay for it a few years down the track. You'll look and feel older and may end up with digestion problems and general 'unwellness'.
That said, you can maintain that binge if you remember to eat right and do a detox every so often. Eat plenty of leafy greens, calcium and vitamin c. You should do a detox day once a month (minimum) where you only eat fruit and drink water and juice. There are herbal detox things you can take too, like dandelion tea (very tasty) milk thistle etc. And you should have a three day detox every few months.
It helps cleanse all the crap out of your body, and (paradoxically) allows it to cope with more crap.
We all binge, just do something to remedy some of the ill effects, before they cause problems.
Don't get me started on what it does to your brain, because you can't fix those dead little brain cells...

Unless you have a plethera of brain cells, I would suggest stopping now...how old are you?

Yes...why get drunk at all....losing control is not fun...making a fool of yourself or just passing out...Is it possible you are trying to escape reality?

yes, should limit yoUrself to twice a month...drink but not fully drunk and lose ur sense.

no, it is fine. it must be alternate days, that the way you enjoy it

yessss

n0!!! cUz mE i'M aLwaYS d0 iT alm0sT everyDAY. .

no thats very good

Hell no! However, I wouldn't drink any more than that, not only 'cuz it's bad, but hangovers SUCK!!!!!

Absolutely not! That is the only way you will build up a tolerance! Beer is liquid bread... It's GOOD for you! The only way you are doing harm to your body is if you're drinking Coors light. Coors light causes manboobs on "men" silly enough to drink it, and women actually experience longer, more painful periods. But they deserve it...Sometimes... Well SOME of them do!

YES.

Absolutly not.
